FAQ

What makes your socks different?

We use the finest natural fibres! Alpaca, Merino, Mohair and Cashmere, each carefully chosen for its softness, warmth, and durability. Designed in Cambridge and made to last.

Are they machine washable?

Most of our socks are machine washable at 30°C. Always leave socks to dry flat and never use a tumble dryer.

Wash merino or mohair socks at 30°C. Use a gentle wool wash and select the wool wash setting on your washing machine.

We recommend cashmere and alpaca socks are hand wash only.

For best results:

  • Turn them inside out and place in a mesh washing bag to protect the fibres.
  • Wash dark colours separately to avoid colour transfer.

Which socks are best for me?

Each material offers something different: Alpaca for warmth, Merino for breathability, Mohair for durability, and Cashmere for pure indulgence. Use our comparison chart to find your match.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn socks within 30 days.

Where are your socks made?

In Britain, by skilled hands and traditional mills. Always natural fibres. Never fast fashion.
