 We endeavour to process and despatch goods within two days of receipt of your order. All orders are subject to availability.

Returns Policy

All end-of-collection and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty.

At The Cambridge Sock Company, it’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a full-price item, please contact us at cambsocks@gmail.com.

We will refund the full value of eligible items provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Items are returned within 14 days of receipt using tracked delivery
  2. Items are unworn, in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact

Please include your order number and send returns via tracked delivery to:

  • Original and return postage costs are non-refundable
  • Sale and end-of-collection items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty
